Our Story
Founded as a sole proprietorship in 1971 by its founder Mr. Cesare De Bernardis, Immobiliare De Bernardis has distinguished itself for over 40 years in the Ticino real estate market, demonstrating great passion and professional expertise in the field.
Today the same company has been entrusted to Immobiliare De Bernardis AG, a family-run business represented by his sons Stefano (Architecture Director) and Gabriele (Administrative Director), in whom the founder has placed his full trust.
Immobiliare De Bernardis AG exclusively offers its own properties, accompanied throughout the entire planning and construction process by its in-house team of specialists, available for rent or sale. The handling of third-party mandates sets us apart through the same philosophy. The quality of our service and the properties we deliver have always been the foundation of our work, aimed at best meeting the individual needs of our clients.
